Pueblo Surgery Center is a free-standing, AAAHC-accredited outpatient facility associated with Dr. Scheinberg's practice. When a patient qualifies for BMAC or stem cell therapy after other non-surgical options have been considered, the procedure is performed here.
Procedures are scheduled through the office after a consultation with Dr. Scheinberg.
About joint preservation
For BMAC, the marrow is drawn, processed and delivered in one visit.
So that there is no discomfort during the harvest, with patients generally awake and comfortable afterward.
Dr. Scheinberg serves as Chief Medical Officer of the center.
Candidacy for BMAC is determined at a consultation, before any financial commitment is made.
